OK, URL is set up. Do I put my HTML files under public_HTML? Also, once I do that will I get something other than "The page cannot be displayed"?
Yes please upload all your html files to the public_html directory as that is the web accessible directory for your sites. So if you wanted to have a page called contact us and have it accessible by going to www.dickeyfamily.com/contact.html then you would upload the contact.html page to the public_html directory.
